Why the poor quality

I love this video, but why do we have to make due with a 'crippled' version in an image quality that is lousy and that won't play full screen.
We need videos worth showing to our business people and management, and they won't bother watching this for more than a few seconds.
It just comes across as 'unprofessional' in my opnion.
Quite sad :-(
